SK Gaming have been crowned winners of Arbalet Arena Female Cup 2010, following a nail-bitting 2-1 victory over fnatic in the Grand Final. In an encounter between two rivals in both male and female Counter-Strike competitions, SK Gaming came from behind to pick up the first prize of $10,000. The match started out on de_dust2, where neither side were able to stamp their authority over the other during the regular 15 rounds, but in overtime the former Pink Zinic nailed down a 19-16 victory. fnatic now required just one map to win the tournament, but SK pulled off a comeback on de_train, winning by a seven-round margin as the scoreboard showed 16-9 in favour of them. Both teams then moved on to the very last map, de_nuke, where once again overtime was required, but this time around the American-based side proved stronger and, after several rounds, they ran out 22-20 winners.
